The Maryland Terrapins men's basketball team is set to tip-off their season tonight at the Comcast Center against Farleigh Dickinson at 8 p.m. The Terps should have an easy time tonight against a team that hasn't been to the NCAA Tournament in several years. It should be a good chance for the core players to get in sync with each other and will serve as a tune-up for next week's trip to the Maui Invitational. It may also give some of the less-experienced players a chance to get a chunk of playing time if the game should get out of hand. The Maui Invitational is stacked with some of the best teams in the country including Michigan State, Connecticut and Arizona. The Terps will take on Gonzaga in the first round on Monday, a team that is ranked in the preseason Top 10. It will be a good early-season barometer for the Terps and where they stand against some of the top-ranked teams in the country.
