The Philadelphia Eagles lost to the Chicago Bears 16-19 on Sunday. The Eagles are now 2-4 on the season while the Bears are 3-4. Neither team had a touchdown until late in the fourth quarter; Donovan McNabb broke this trend with a 13-yard pass to Matt Schobe with under five minutes to go. This gave the Eagles a 16-12 lead. They also managed to give the Bears the ball on Chicago’s own three yard line with under two minutes to go and no timeouts. Now-starting quarterback Brian Griese was able to get his offense down the field 97 yards, completing a 15-yard touchdown pass to Muhsin Muhammad with nine seconds remaining in the game.
